I’ve tried fixing the problem using Avast, Avg, spybot, Malware, and Adaware. Nothing is getting rid of it!

Please Help.

First…never install multiple antivirus…Your OTL log is full. ::slight_smile:

Also attach the aswMBR log

I will neeed the aswMBR log to determine the variant
