How to Disable Avast Gaming Hook?

I’ve been having problems with WOW lately, and people keep telling me it’s the Avast Gaming Hook, and that I need to disable it. But I don’t see that option in the Avast settings. I’d rather not have to delete Avast if I can, and want’d to see if disabling Gaming Hook would help or not.

Any info on this would be appreciated!

Open the GUI then go to Performance>Game Mode

Default setting is for Game Mode to be turned on. Just disable (Turn off). Reboot.
