From the Outlook/Exchange provider screen click on the Customize… button and click the Advanced Tab you might need to scroll, Silent mode.
I did that a while ago- and I am still getting these screens :

Any other ideas ??
Do you really use the Outlook/Exchange avast! plugin? (Check the “Scanned count” number for the particular provider). Maybe you actually use the Internet Mail provider…
It was the outlook/exchange provider that was doing the scanning.
I disabled the internet mail scanner.
Any other ideas ??

Couldn’t the message come from Standard Shield?
Did you set the Silent Mode both into Outlook plugin and Standard Shield?
Anyway, fully automated actions when a virus is found are only possible into Professional version :-\ :-[
I think there’s a bug in the current version of the Home Edition that is preventing the Silent Mode in Outlook/Exchange from working.
It should be fixed in the upcoming update. Sorry for this.
