I know I can go into silent mode and that will stop all conformations and notification messages. I was wondering if there was a way to disable just the notifications without changing conformation requests.
For conformation messages, i expect them to require a ‘yes/no’ answer. Notification messages, however, should be able to be disabled. Especially the ones like virus database updated (which I’ve already asked the program to do by default).
My personal problem is that I don’t want to see a popup message in the middle of my presentations saying virus database updated. Not a big deal but annoying nonetheless.
Is there any way to have the notification message eliminated without going into “silent” mode for all conformation questions? I don’t like the idea of having to choose a default answer to a conformation message just to stop getting conformation message. How do I know I am answering the questions properly with a default ‘yes/no’ answer?
Any ideas?
