How to disable this Run As window...

Hehe sorry for not having avast! :),i tried to test new Panda 2004 but i got this crap while i was without AV and i grabed NOD32 beta that was close to use asap. Anyway i bypassed regedit and taskmanager block,removed the malware,but i still get this Run As window when i run any program.
Any idea on how to disable it?

how about some useful info, like virus- & filename, HJT-Log ?
Trojan-Check-Report, or report from AutoStartViewer by diamond-CS ?

which WIN ? XP ? Home or Pro ?
All Updates ? What user-rights does this happen under ?

apart form the above reports, which might give us some useful hints (e.g. botched-up exefile/shellOpen entries…):

  • what about the avast CLEANER ?
  • try start → run → gpedit.msc (Group-policy) if all else fails…
