how can i fix an address or a couple of addresses for updates?
i have to put every address over my firewall… for open the access from the lan to internet… so i would like to know how to fix one address… for putting only one on the allow list… of the firewall…

Oh, sorry, I properly did not answer your question.
You cannot limit to just one server… that file is downloaded and updated each time so… I think you won’t be possible to do that.
But you can trust on avast.setup file used for update and allow it to connect any IP address 8)

no… only numerics ip… and arent contiguous address… so i cant tell 192.168.0.0/16…

There is no rule, the IPs are like random. I’m not sure if firewall like iptables can help you that much in controlling the outbound traffic. Simply add all 62 servers, experienced hacker could write a script to dig the addresses out of the servers.def file 8)
