How to get a refund on very recent purhase of Avast Premier?

I don’t know which forum is the right one, but before it’s too late we need to get a refund for my partner’s purchase of Avast.

Note: I also have licenses for Avast and don’t have any issues with it on my computers. I only want directions as to how my partner goes about getting a full refund for his license.
