Even though my default browser is Firefox, all avast! actions that open a browser always result in a Chrome session! >:( Is there a way to tell avast! to use my default browser: Firefox?
BTW: I discovered this when I clicked the “Share on Facebook” icon. It opened Chrome. Chrome doesn’t have my Facebook login info stored. I’m REALLY lazy and thus refuse to promote avast! on Facebook or Twitter, until avast! opens Firefox when I click these icons 
yes there is just go to settings>troubleshooting> and check the box next to don’t use chrome as avast! Default Browser

BTW: that’s a dumb place to hide it :o. I mean, I looked under “Settings” but never would have thought to look in “Troubleshooting!” ‘Troubleshooting’ is where I would look when dealing with malfunction issues. Changing the browser link is a configuration issue.
If you feel your problem is Resolved put [Resolved] in front of the topic’s Subject.
For most people, when they already have Chrome installed, they also have it configured… so it actually is a troubleshooting - in cases like yours
