Today, our partners alerted us that our website is being flagged by WebShield. We didn’t see any issues on the site with BitDeferender and other software, for instance.
Does anyone know how to get this fixed and whitelist our website?

New location to report both a False Positive and or a False Negative (for File or URL) - Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast
You won’t get a direct response but it should be analysed within 48 hours, if found to be false it will be removed.
There are sites that can also check a site link, which may help detect any issue.
- https://www.virustotal.com/ Here you wont see Avast but many other AVs if they detect it.

- https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
