How to get refund? As the program is not working properly?

I have read somewhere Avast offer a 30days money back, anyone know how to procee with the refund? I have tried contacting sales, support with no result.

Did you try your reseller? Where did you buy avast?
Why do you want a refund? What’s wrong with avast?

Isn’t the free trial to avoid problems like this?

No i bought it online thru Avast. I wanted to get a refund because the software is still not working for me, and i have tried several times contacting support and using this forum but no one seem to know wht is happening.

Well, maybe you wait a few days, as a new version of BPP will be released soon.

What exactly is wrong with your avast? What is doing or not doing? What other security software do have or ever had? How did you uninstall it? What is your OS? I see you posted in the Business Protection forum. Please follow that thread. Those people over there are better qualified to assist you. We need more details other than “I want a refund”. Give us a chance and we can probably fix it…really!
