How to install second copy on WiFi device

I am the owner of an Avast Premium Security subscription for 10 devices. The first copy is installed on my PC with Windows 10. I would like to install another on the Android tablet (wifi, no phone) of my wife, but I did not understand how to do it. Do I have to duplicate my Avast account on my wife’s tablet?
