With ‘spontaneous’ you mean that avast automatically quarantine (or delete) malicious files when you do a scan?

That option is available in Avast Professional 4.8

avast5 free will have automated actions also.

Deletion isn’t really a good first option manually or automatically (you have none left), ‘first do no harm’ don’t delete, send virus to the chest and investigate.
