For testing reasons I need to make Avast being out of date.
I installed Avast! free anti-virus, version: 7.0.1466 on windows 8.
I tried to install an older version, but this was the only version I found that can be installed on windows8.
can anyone help me please?

I dont know how you would make avast out of date.
you could try to adjust your computer time a year forward… 2013 / 2014
You could download some older version from here:
http://www.filehippo.com/download_avast_antivirus/
And install it offline so that it doesn’t auto update during installation.

Most of us gave you no information because you never explained why you needed that information
which for the average user is useless.
There are some uses that I can think of for which such information would be handy although not usually
legal. :o
