Is there any easy tool that helps in modifying my MAC address?

Suggestions?

Is the change permanent even if I uninstall that tool?

It entirely depends on what MAC address you are talking about as there can be more than one definition of a MAC address as this google search shows (and no doubt has the answer in the results).

I’m not aware of any such tool (which doesn’t mean it doesn’t exists, of course).
I’d say either you can set the custom MAC in the properties of your network adapter drivers (and no, it’s not permanent, you can delete it and it gets back to the original), or you’re out of luck. But I may be wrong…

I was actually talking about the address in the back of my wifi usb realtek adapter
