How to open firewall port 2078 for a webdisk?

Hi,
My company has a file-sharing space on the internet. It’s at a web address like https://thedomain.com:2078

I think that avast’s firewall is blocking access to it. Do you know how I can a) check and b) unblock it?

avast firewall does not block sites/ports by itself.
If you disable the firewall, can you access the site?
