How to put archived phone backup data onto phone after factory reset?

How do I put archived phone backup data onto phone after factory reset? The data is on the Avast site, however it appears to be archived, with an icon that is greyed out with a message that reads “This device is no longer paired with your avast! Account. Would you like to remove it?” (which I do not!) Is there a way to merge this data back onto my phone or to re-pair it with my phone?

Avast Mobile Backup is unsupported app in last year or so. Anyway, have you tried to install Avast Backup app again on the same device and do registration with my.avast.com portal? Then it should be paired automatically.
