how to put these exceptions in my firewall

just got this program today http://www.iracing.com/
and having problems with it…
below is from their support page
Firewall Help

You may see a blank page or get an error when updating if these executables are blocked by your firewall. Unless you specified otherwise, the default location for your iRacing.com software is your C:\Program Files\iRacing folder. If you are using a 64bit version of either Windows 7, Windows Vista or Windows XP, the default installation folder is C:\Program Files (x86)\iRacing
---------where the program is installed to-------

Some common firewalls are NOD32 v2.x, NOD32 v3.x, NetNanny, Norton Internet Security, Norton 360, and Avast. If you see an error during the next step, or if the update in the next step does not work, it is likely that the problem can be fixed by adding the following executable files to the list of executables that your firewall allows to communicate over the internet.

Simply disabling the firewall will not automatically allow the necessary program files access to the internet. This has to be accomplished by allowing the following files as exceptions in your particular firewall software.

C:\Program Files\iRacing\iRacingService.exe
C:\Program Files\iRacing\iRacingSim.exe
C:\Program Files\iRacing\iRacingLocalserver.exe
C:\Program Files\iRacing\iRacingChat.exe
C:\Program Files\iRacing\iRacingLauncher.exe
C:\Program Files\iRacing\updater\iRacingUpdater.exe

how do i allow or look to see in the avast internet security firewall if these are there

this is all i see in the firewall
