how to reach Avast when something is claimed malware, which it is not?

hi, I work with Fortumo - one of the largest mobile payment processing operators in 70+ countries. We work with merhcants like Rovio, EA, Gameloft, Badoo, Gamebasics and and also OEM’s like ZTE - and others and I have a question. Lately, Avast Mobile Security has been marking the android apps of some of our devs that have Fortumo SDK inside as “malware”. The strange thing is - not every time.
