How to remove a backdoor RAT?

Hi
I believe I have released a RAT virus upon my computer through sheer stupidity.
Anyway, how can I detect this kind of virus? I’m pretty positive it’s on my computer, although I haven’t noticed any affects yet.

Here is what I believe to be the vehicle for the virus. Well, it has to be honestly.

Here are the results virustotal yielded when scanned.

It’s supposed to be a neat spooky little game, it was good for a quick scare, and the potential ruination of my PC. Avast couldn’t pick it up when I scanned it, and Avast hasn’t intercepted any scripts, or notified me of any suspicious programs or activities.
A community I belong to was actually infected with the virus, should you guys manage to help out with this I can relay it to them, you’d be making a lot of people thankful.

Thanks in advance.

Please attach your logs. (MBAM, OTL and aswMBR…!!)
