HOW TO REMOVE A FALSE POSITIVE FROM URL:BLACKLIST (WWW.BRAINSHARK.COM)

I am trying to access the IRS tax preparation software lessons through the BrainShark.com site

https://www.brainshark.com/brainshark/brainshark.services.player/api/v1.0/Supplement?sid=33265061&sky=70d1e256c3b14d3ab888f1791f04ed41&uid=0&pi=345078386&slide_id=334627388&typ=SUP&supp_id=15295411&fname=S2T1-20.pdf&ftype=Adobe%20Acrobat&fsize=392.6KB&ver=24&junoUrl=null&from_attachment_tab=true&is_for_video_slide=false

and every time I try to play one of the videos that I watch for the IRS certification lessons the threat “URL:BLACKLIST” pops up.

How can I remove it from the list so I can take my course and use the tax software?

I need access it ASAP.

Thank you!
