How to remove a malware

My computer have been infected by JS:InfectedMikrotik-B [Trj] and when I run Avast it does not find this malware, I need help to remove it.
I download Spyhunter but is not possible to install, the malware prevent by blocking the connection.

Factory resett your router and update firmware … still problem?
