How to Remove Avast branding from Emails in Thunderbird

I’m using Thunderbird for my email client and I’d rather not have Avast branding in the footer of all the emails I send.

How do I disable this?

Change it in the mail shield settings as has been explained many times already on this webboard.

Eddy it is easier (and quicker for all) to just copy and paste the answer - avastUI > Settings > Active Protection > Mail Shield > Customise > Behaviour - uncheck the unwanted options.
