How to remove Generic PWS.ak

Hi!

I have a problem. I have “avast! Home Edition”. The program did not find “Generic PWS.ak”. I know that the virus has infected my computer via USB drive. How do I remove “Generic PWS.ak” from USB and Hard Drive using “avast! Home Edition”?
