I had earlier posted a question “Error occurred during moving files to chest” as how to delete some viruses by Microav and was referred to different sites, none of which was Avast. While the sites that I visited all were willing to search for malware, they all wanted me to buy their full program to ‘remove’ it. I’m using Avast on a trial basis and have not yet paid for it. It it would seem rather foolish to me to pay for Avast if it won’t do that which I want, namely protect me from viruses. Does anyone know if there is a way for Avast to remove the infected files for Microav or is there some other company that will do so without my having to pay sight unseen for their program. It seems that my computer got infected when I downloaded PCHealth on a trial basis, why should I be sucker enough to do the same again.
