How to report false positives?

I’m working with a very reputable person at bleepingcomputers concerning some general issues I am having with my machine. Yesterday he asked me to download and run a program, which I’ve used here at the request of Essexboy, but when I did Avast stopped it as malware. I know the program isn’t malware… it’s MiniToolBox.
I hope someone sees this and reports it.

It is still valid and it points to the page where you can report a (possible) FP.
