locked out of avast on my computer. yes i can access my account online but i have to reset the user interface console on my computer. tried searching online but at this point unable to figure out how to do so without a complete re installation. any help?
You haven’t told what version of avast.
But if I presume you are not using the latest version, I would say remove the current one completely and install the latest version.

If you are unable to remember the password the only solution is a clean re-install. Sorry.
