How to return to the previous version of High Definition Audio Controller?

Hello,

after update of High Definition Audio Controller the sound on my PC disappeared. PC couldnot find any audio output. When I returned to the previous version of High Definition Audio Controller the sound started to work again.

When I returned to the free version of Avast driver updater, the High Definition Audio Controller updated again, but I cannot see the possibility to return to the previous version.

Does it mean that Avast Driver Updater made my PC soundless and I cannot fix it?

Could you please help me with it?

If when you open the Avast Driver Updater it says “Your drivers are updated”, below that there are links for “see overview” & “scan again”.
Below that it says “Having problems…” click the link at the end of that sentence “Solve Now”
Roll back the update and restart your computer.
I think that may be because the driver you downloaded was not good???
