How to roll back to earlier AVAST version

Since the latest version of Avast has installed itself on my computer it has lock out several programs I use and is causing lots of issues so I would like to know how I can go back to the previous version and then stop the updates

Only if you have the download file for the last version saved. If you do, you can uninstall the current version and install the older version. Make sure you change the auto update setting to off before you reboot your system after the installation of the older version.

I think it updated itself the last time as I have only ever installed it at the start. How would I know if I have this file. What does it look like and where would it be. thanks

I only have this 2.1.92.0 which is 29.3.2023
