How to scroll to hidden tabs?

Most browsers have a set of arrows, or a mousewheel function that allows you to scroll over to tabs that are hidden when there are many open. I can’t find any feature like this to get to the tabs that have gone off to the right of the window. I’ve just updated to the most recent version, and there still seems to be nothing in settings. Right now, the only way I have to see them is by stretching my screen beyond the width of the monitor, and sliding much of the browser window off-screen, selecting the tab I want to use, then resizing the window to something that I can actually see.

How many tabs do you have open? As you can see I’ve opened quite a few and even on a restricted view,
I can still access all of them. There’s also the short cut key combo of CTRL-h to see site history.

That shortcut would appear to be universal as it also works in Firefox.

That’s correct.
