How to select limited mode for pop ups and notifications ?

I also have this question avast has always been chilled, since I purchased it for my business its been bugging everyone including myself constantly popping up for no reason , no viruses no notifications, I did disable notifications and all else in the settings but also doesn’t help so I would also appriciate a answer on this
