How to setup scanning of Outlook Express

I have Outlook/Exchange turned on.
But its not scanning my mail in Outlook Express.
Any idea how to set this up?

The “outlook/exchange” provider is not the one that scans Outlook express; that is taken care of by the “Internet Mail” provider.
If you left click on the Avast icon and look at that provider, provided your mail program is open, you should see statistics of last file scanned etc.

Woops, I didn’t install that. :o
How can I fix it?

Your can go to the control panel and via ad/remove programs → Avast! → you can choose “Change” and then select the Providers you want to be installed…
