how to stop avast 2nd email

Hello - I am using gmail smtp to send a file. This works fine except all recipients of the email with the file also receive an additional email from me with Avast saying this is a safe email. that email has no attachment. I tried to remove notices from the email core shield but this did not work. How do I stop the 2nd email?

Can you perhaps add a screenshot of the message? (https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Create-screenshot)
Which email client are you using?
Did you untick both these options (see screenshot)?
