How to Stop Malware hits?

For two days, a webpage has been trying to access my system and avast keeps blocking it. How can I prevent the page from accessing my computer so the block shield isn’t pinging all the time?

I’ve attached a picture. It will run up to 50+ hits in less than 15 secs.
