How to stop pop-ups?

I got the full suite. Now I get 3 pop ups on start, numerous pop ups during normal use, not because of detections of anything.
When I go fullscreen, I get also an ad-like thing from anti-tracker, if not even a diffent notification after it makes sure to close whatever I was working on.

How can I stop this?

I also tried asking to that chat thing, but it kept looping into the form again and again, and support email says to go ask the chat.

Try opening the User Interface - Menu > Settings > General > Personal Privacy - uncheck those that you don’t want - as these are likely to be generating promotions for other products.
