How to stop receiving beta updates

Normally Avast does not find beta updates, unless you have once manually updated using a beta version.

If you have ‘enabled’ beta updates, is there any other way to stop them than manually removing Avast and reinstalling a non-beta version?
For example, any setting in avast5.ini?

A clean reinstall of the current regular release takes you out of the beta testing stream - there are no changes needed to the avast5.ini.
