I would like to submit a request for assistance directly to Tech Support but I
unable to see exactly how to go about it. Info on the website is not clear.
Please guide me on how to submit a ticket.
I have posted my tech problem on the Forum but have not received advice.
I’m having the same problem. I recently had a virus and I was able to delete the program and thus far have not had any further problems. But I can’t access the internet. The connection is saying that it has something to do with the firewall setup but I’ve tried everything that I know to try and fix it. I don’t know how to call the tech support number because it’s in another country. If you or anyone could help me I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.
I really would not bother with Tech SUpport, the only thing they are selling is optimization … have been involved with tech support and the product has gone from 80% working to I can only boot up in safe mode… Do NOT do business with AVAST. It is a pyramid scheme designed to get you to buy MORE services from them … a complete unscrupulous scam!

if you don’t have money to buy use free and registered
and if there is something wrong you can ask for help here in the forum
everybody is willing to help
and if you don’t like the product then
you can download the removal tools.
if you need help be free to post your problem, and everybody willing to contribute their experience
to solve your problems
