how to unblock my trusted application?

HELP PLEASE

i have problem with my avast 4.8 professional edition. it is blocking some of my trusted applications (internet proxy programs) and i do not find any where to unblock them!

Can you give us examples of the applications that are being blocked by 4.8 pro?

By blocking do you mean alerting on those ‘trusted’ programs ?

If it isn’t alerting then there is something else in the mix as avast doesn’t block, but scans and alerts to infected files.

So we are going to need more information about those programs, file names and locations, etc. ?
Also if there are any errors displayed and if so what are they ?
And, have these programs previously worked with avast 4.8 Pro ?
