How to remove Antivirus 360 (Uninstall Instructions)
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-antivirus-360
The Chinese symbols you post translate to “antivirus”. I believe it is called (in English) the Qihoo 360.
It appears to be a legitimate Chinese AV application. I don’t understand Chinese, but have you looked for help here?
Do you have access to his/her computer?
Does the program appear in the program files anywhere?
If you go to the homepage, is a removal tool or uninstall utility offered?
It’s likely the program has been removed but the Windows security centre/action centre has become confused. This can be reset by stopping the WMI service and the Seurity centre service, and deleting the folder “repository”, under C\Windows\System 32\wbem\repository. The computer should then be restarted.
Before doing the above, you should be reasonably certain that this computer is not affected by malware. Install, update, and run a quick scan using MBAM
[edit] do you speak/read Chinese?
Maybe this helps. Remove Fake Antivirus: hxxp://www.softpedia.com/get/Antivirus/Remove-Fake-Antivirus.shtml
Edited. Wrong post. Sorry.
Tech,
Qihoo 360 Antivirus isn’t a fake AV program.
Hi,BOb3160.I already downloaded and installed Fake Antivirus Remover to remove it but I still can’t remove it.
I know that English isn’t your native language so let me try to be clearer.
Since Qihoo 360 Antivirus is not a fake antivirus, the program you downloaded can’t uninstall it.
You need to go to their website and find out if they have a removal tool for their product.
Dont know what exactly is in that link you supplied bob but my malwarebytes is flaging it as malicious. Well i know its the home page for 360 but theres something in that page that aint good.
Don’t have a clue, it’s their home page. Which is all “Greek” to me. ;D

My mistake yongsua,
Your product is the real deal not the fake one. You’ll need to get some help from them directly to remove the product.
