How to uninstall this crap!?!?!?! PLEASE HELP!

I can’t clean this from my family computer! They do not remember any password for this Avast and cannot uninstall it even aa administrator!!!

I even tried this but the tool still requires password: Avast Clear link
The guide for reboot in safemode does not do anything… and in command line it does not work

following option 2 also does not work: the instup.exe is not found on the drive

Please stick to your original post, I am currently trying to uninstall Avast, however I simply can't because I forgot the security password (not the ACCOUNT password) - #5 by user6034
I have replied to your original post, the uninstall program must be run in safe mode.

Try booting into safe mode first find where you saved the Avast Clear file and run it in safe mode.
