How to unlock the previous phone that I forgot to remove from avast

I changed my phone and I forgot to remove the old phone from my Avast account now, phone is blocked, I put the SIM card again and isn’t recognized.
what do I have t o do?

I don’t have access to setting, the phone is locked asking me for avast password

Reset the phone to factory default.
