How to "upgrade" from Endpoint Protection to Endpoint Protection Suite

I bought 18 licenses for Endpoint Protection, but didn’t realize that it doesn’t support servers. What I want is Endpoint Protection Suite (which is cheaper, but that doesn’t matter to me).

I submitted a ticket, but it’s been 6 days and still no response. Does anyone know how to convert my purchase from Endpoint Protection licenses to Endpoint Protection Suite? Since the cost is almost the same, I thought it would be easy. But I am not getting help to solve this issue.

I’m sorry, I don’t know where you got the information, but Endpoint Protection is cheaper than Endpoint Protection Suite (which makes sense when you consider that the latter protects servers).

I think the best you can do is to take your right for 30 days of cashback to cancel the purchase, and later make another purchase with the product you want (Endpoint Protection Suite).
