Hi there,

i have a rooted Android 4.2.2 Phone without any Google Account.
I’ve downloaded Avast form the 1Mobile Market

Now i have two questions:

  1. How can i login with my Avast-Account. I’ll get the error that no connection to Google Cloud is available.
  2. How can i add my Pro License to this phone?

You can not, avast is using GCM for authorisation as well as Play services for license handling. Sorry.

No different situation, for communication with avast portal the GCM is used. You can try to login with facebook account (yes, I know that this kidn of advice probably not helping for people who do not like use google account) or even another email&password, but for this aproach you need to go to the my.avast.com first, set a new user and then try to log in.
