Yes you can use avast! with download managers. All you need to do is point your IDM to use ashQuick.exe string as an antivirus scanner for downloaded files, which can be accessible from you avast folder (usually C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe).

It is not islam but llama if this is what you are questioning, see image1.
The default setting in your Profile information has ‘I’m a llama’ (which you noticed) this I think prompts people to change their profile information.
