How to whitelist a file

Hi’ve followed steps from
https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB160 or https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB229

I’ve created a zip file protected with password (mymail@mydomain.com.zip),then uploaded to ftp.avast.com folder /incoming
then I’ve sent a mail to submit@virus.avast.com with subject " Files to whitelist mymail@mydomain.com.zip"
incuded in body archive password

I’ve done this 4 days ago with no fix or response.Is that method still active or is another new

Is your file currently being detected by Avast?

Do you know which mechanism is causing it or even better a screenshot?

Everything is build with NSIS is detected as Evo-gen or FileRepMalware
I have this problem for 3 year,sent lots of files but no general fix,just temporary
I’ve tried to send files using a ticket but I got an email that I have no serial because I use free version
