No, not at all.
I wasn’t sure if I could just ask a general question, not pertaining to Avast.
I will have another go at asking HP, but their help system is somewhat lacking in …ah…help.
General questions are OK provided you supply enough information for us to do some research.
A screenshot of the error message would certainly help and so would knowing some details about the HP equipment you’re talking about.
