HTC Vive

Does avast have issues with the htc vive as over trouble shooting it avast is the only thing I can think of.

Has anyone figured out what the problem with it is and how to fix them?

Ah dang I forgot to clarify that this is a vr headset made by valve and htc.

No-one has reported a problem as far as I can tell.

I don’t see why there would be a problem between them.

This is an old topic but this Must become more known. Avast Does have a problem with the HTC Vive.
If Avast has it’s active protection on then the Vive’s controllers will fail to wirelessly connect to SteamVR. Disabling Active protection solves that issue somehow. The only other way to connect the controllers is by plugging them in via usb and then plugging them out.
