It appears to be a vulnerability for those who hasn’t updated to Internet Explorer 7.
I suggest you update to IE7 or get Mozilla Firefox 3 with NoScript and Adblock Plus add ons.
the point is this was triggered in last up2date IE7 on up2date XP SP3 with all latest patches so i assume some weird false positive in full deep rootkit scan …
