I have been trying to do a remote connect with another PC and keep receiving this error:

No description of the error.
I have also queered the http://free.ara.avast.com/ via ‘IsUp.me’ and it tells me the address is down.
I have tried this several months ago with the same results.
Has the server EVER been up and running?
Some monthes ago I successfully connect to another PC via avast! Remote assistance. So it had been up and running at least.
Isn’t AvastUI.exe blocked by your firewall?
Nope,not blocked,what ever would make you say that?
It’s because if you block AvastUI.exe then Remote Assistance does not work.
I checked my free avast and ticket creation works fine.
I doubt what is the red border around your screenshot, it looks like the window is sandboxed. ???
