I’m seeing a ton of posts on the false positive problem. So I’m putting this up so others can see it and grab the info.

To update it, right click on your avast icon and hit update. That should solve the problem

So far, so good, no problems (other than figuring out how to take all those files from the quarantine back into regular files again).
