Hello, my Huawei P10 lite has built-in AV scanner (security app?) powered by Avast. Is there still a need for installing the Avast Mobile Security app, or is it more or less the same app, so will only unnecessarily drain the battery?
Hi, “Powered by Avast” means that the app uses our virus definitions and some of our technology, but it is not the same app, perhaps not even designed by Avast. If you want some app “fully made by Avast”, install the Avast Mobile Security.
